ALIGNING MEMBER FOR FACE PLATE IN PUNCHING MACHINE, AND MOUNTING METHOD OF FACE PLATE USING THE ALIGNING MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aligning member for a face plate in a punching machine and a mounting method for the face plate using it for mounting the face plate at a correct position for a receiving die (a female die) always by tilting the face plate or through a transfer member used as a mark when sticking the face plate to the receiving die (the female die).

SOLUTION: The aligning member is provided with a temporary support guide member 42 arranged to cover the outer periphery of the transfer member 21 transferred to the receiving die (the female die) 21. The face plate 15 being a member having substantially the same size as a through hole 20 in the face plate 15 and being locked into the through hole 20 in the face plate 15 is brought into face-contact with the outer periphery of the temporary support guide member 42 after making the through hole 20 formed in the face plate inserted in the temporary support guide member 42 while the face plate 15 maintains its parallel attitude with respect to the receiving die 21.
