PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain resonance amplitude while restraining strain of an outer cylinder, with a simple structure, in a vibration control device having an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and a rubber elastic body arranged between these and connecting both. SOLUTION: A torque rod 1 has the inner cylinder 3, the outer cylinder 5 arranged around the inner cylinder 3 and the rubber elastic body 7 arranged between these inner cylinder 3 and outer cylinder 5 and connecting both, and also has a weight 9 arranged on an outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder 5. The weight 9 has a plate part 19 having a plate thickness thinner than a thickness of a peripheral wall of the outer cylinder 5 and joined by welding to the outer cylinder 5, and a weight body part 29 caulked and fixed by a caulking part 19c of the plate part 19.
