LAMP SOCKET, AND LUMINAIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamp socket to which the base of a lamp tube can be surely mounted, and lamp pins can be surely connected. SOLUTION: This luminaire 10 is provided with a terminal box 24 movably housed in a socket body 21. The terminal box 24 has a conductive plate on which lamp pin holding portions 29a to hold lamp pins 18 are provided. By pushing the terminal box 24 in the socket body 21 by a base 16, the lamp holding portions 29a move to the locking portions 19 of the lamp pins 18 to be locked, and they are conducting. On the other hand, the lamp pin holding portions 29a are uncoupled from the lamp pins 18 of the locking portions 19 by pushing the terminal box 24 in the socket body 21 once again.
