PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit that avoids the deterioration of output voltage characteristics, even if an output load current is changed, and to provide a power supply device with the same. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit 10 of the power supply circuit 100 has a first switch element 51 and a second switch element 52 which are arranged in series between a first power supply line V<SB>IN</SB>and a second power supply line GND, and outputs a prescribed output voltage by on/off-controlling the first and second switch elements. The semiconductor integrated circuit also includes a current detection circuit 8 which detects a current equivalent to the output load current of the power supply circuit, switching time control circuits 2, 3 which control the switching time regulated by the power supply voltage and the output voltage according to a current value detected by the current detection circuit, and a switch element control circuit 4 which controls the first and second switch elements according to output signals of the switching time control circuits.
