<p>A hand gripping aid, having by a connector 4 firmly positioned on the hand or glove between thumb and index finger, or near the base of the proximal phalanges (knuckles), and where the connector is itself then attached by a connector strap 3 to a wrist loop 2 so that some or all forces exerted on the connector are born by the wrist, and where the connector is positioned adjoining the hand or glove and firmly enough to make it easy to connect and disconnect to the item held 6. The invention may also be an integral part of a glove and the connector strap can tighten the wrist loop when load bearing. The connector strap and wrist loop may have elastic functionality to help to hold the connector in place when the system is not load bearing.</p> |
