PURPOSE: An efficient carrier wave modulation/demodulation device is provided to transform channel information with a fast Fourier transform method by serializing a plurality of channel information. CONSTITUTION: An input part(110) changes channel information which is transmitted from a plurality of channels into single serial information. A fast Fourier transform part(120) generates transformed serial information by executing a fast Fourier transform of the serial information according to a reference clock corresponding to the amount of the channel. A separation part(130) divides the transformed serial information into a plurality of transform channel information. The fast Fourier transform part comprises a first transform part which generates first transform information, a complex multiplying part which generates complex operation information, and a second transform part which generates the transform serial information.
