PURPOSE: An outdoor display apparatus is provided to efficiently receive power by using a built-in display unit, a photocell, and a battery unit. CONSTITUTION: A display panel(110) comprises at least one emitting device. A battery unit(120) supplies power. A photocell unit(130) is formed with the display panel and the battery. The photocell use ambient light to charge the battery unit. A heating prevention unit(140) prevents the battery unit from being overheated.
