PURPOSE: A wireless communication method capable of efficiently using limited radio resources and a system thereof are provided to recognize existence of a first user and change available channel, thereby avoiding interference between devices using limited radio resources. CONSTITUTION: TV transmits TV channel information to CR(Cognitive Radio) terminal(S520-1). A radio transmits radio channel information to the CR terminal(S520-2). The CR terminal searches rest of the band except a band assigned to the TV and the radio(S530). The CR terminal extracts available channel(S540). The CR terminal generates available channel information(S550). The CR terminal renews the available channel information through the TV or changed channel information of the radio(S600).
