PURPOSE: An air conditioning device is provided to increase the energy efficiency by performing the heat exchange of an outdoor heat exchanger using indoor air discharged to an outdoor space for ventilation. CONSTITUTION: An air conditioning device comprises a ventilation unit(10), an outdoor unit(100), and a connecting duct(20). The ventilation unit sucks the indoor air and the outdoor air to heat-exchange them. The outdoor unit comprises an outdoor-air sucking part(42) and an indoor-air sucking part. The outdoor-air sucking part sucks the outdoor air. The indoor-air sucking part sucks the indoor air heat-exchanged in the ventilation unit. The connecting duct connects the ventilation unit and the indoor-air sucking part so that the indoor air heat-exchanged in the ventilation unit flow out the outdoor unit. A diffuser(30) is installed between the connecting duct and the indoor-air sucking part.
