摘要 The invention relates to a method for producing hybrid components and to hybrid components (10, 50, 54, 58) comprising a first part (12) made of titanium or a titanium alloy and at least one further second part (14, 16) made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, or a plate-shaped component (76) which is joined from individual segments (88). The at least two parts (12, 14, 16) are joined to each other by a thermo-mechanical joining method. According to a first step of the method, the first part (12) and the at least one further second part (14, 16, 40, 54, 64) or the individual segments (88) are joined to each other by friction stir welding (FSW) or by friction welding (FW). The bonded joining of the first part (12) to the at least one further second part (14, 16, 40, 54, 64) is conducted at a process temperature liquid of the lower melting material or the lower melting material alloy. Joining is conducted by intensive plastic deformation of the materials or the material alloys of the first part (12) and the at least one further part (14, 16, 40, 54, 64) or the individual segments (88) in plastified material state.
