<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe cover, which does not rapidly buckle at a particular position and does not to generate thickness deviation when it is mounted to a pipe, and thereby can effectively prevent generation of dew condensation. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pipe cover includes a cylindrical heat-insulating member 12 made of synthetic resin foam and a cylindrical covering member 14 made of synthetic resin and covering the outer periphery of the heat-insulating member. The covering member is a pipe cover 10 having axially continuing wave parts 16 with a wave-form cross section. It is preferable for the synthetic resin forming the covering member to contain an ultraviolet absorber and/or ultraviolet stabilizer, or it is preferable for an outer peripheral surface of the covering member to be coated with the ultraviolet absorber and/or the ultraviolet stabilizer.
