<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an earthquake disaster simulation diagnostic system that allows for general users who do not have expert knowledge, to readily decide earthquake countermeasures for a server room. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The diagnostic system includes an earthquake countermeasure DB 106 where information regarding OA floor and information about loaded article are stored, and the system is configured to calculate the earthquake-proof strength of each of the article, according to the earthquake intensity scale specified by the user, and successively increase the specification of each member which should take measures of earthquake-resistance according to the user's specifications; and then, when the allowable bearing force of each earthquake countermeasure member exceeds an acting force generated in each earthquake countermeasure member, calculate the earthquake countermeasure member as a plan to reinforce the countermeasure for the earthquake.
