PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform burying operation of a branch pipe regardless of its length. SOLUTION: An excavation part 4 is provided at the lower end of the branch pipe 3 for depositing and accumulating trash X in city water. The excavation part 4 includes a tip cutting tool 12 provided at the tip and a spiral blade 13 provided on the side surface. In the burying operation of the branch pipe 3, when the branch pipe 3 is rotated around its axis, sand and earth on its tip side is loosened by the tip cutting tool 12, and the sand and earth is discharged upward by the spiral blade 13. Since the branch pipe 3 itself has an excavating function, preliminary drilling of a hole for burying the branch pipe 3 is dispensed with.
