PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer which can print an image with a length longer than a printing surface on paper by a division printing method is which printing with a unit defined by the size of the ink surface of an ink ribbon is carried out two or more times for one image. SOLUTION: The printer can print one sheet of an image on continuous paper using inks for amounts of a plurality of pages by a printing method for printing the image for one page using inks of a plurality of colors applied to the ink ribbon.
