PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition which is excellent in releasability, shape reproducibility and adhesion to a substrate film and is suited for continuous processing of an optical lens sheet. SOLUTION: The energy ray-curable resin composition for the optical lens sheet includes: an oligomer (A) obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (a-1) which has at least two epoxy groups within a molecule and has an epoxy equivalent of 150-1,000 g/eq with a monocarboxylic acid (a-2) containing an ethylenically unsaturated group; a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer (B) having a phenyl ether group; a compound (C) represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SB>1</SB>and R<SB>2</SB>are each independently hydrogen, halogen, carboxyl or 1-3C alkyl; and R<SB>3</SB>is hydrogen or 1-4C alkyl, aminomethyl, hydroxymethyl or alkyl containing an amino group optionally substituted with 1-17C alkyl); and a photopolymerization initiator (D).
