PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner box structure which has bosses for mounting a case cover on the outer periphery of a case body, and in which the appearance of an air cleaner case is improved and the flow of air in the air cleaner case is smoothed. SOLUTION: The bosses 71a-71f are provided near a sidewall 57 of the case body 54 for fastening the case cover, and the bosses 71a-71f are arranged inside the case beyond the sidewall 57. On the sidewall 57 inside the case, a rib 73 is provided which extends from the bosses 71b, 71c gradually closer to the sidewall 57 and is connected at its front end side to the sidewall 57.
