PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve ventilating performance while suppressing manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The residential ventilation structure includes an air flow channel 2 vertically extended inside the wall body 5 of a living room 4, and communicated from a floor opening section 6 formed on a lower end of the wall body 5 with an underfloor space 7, and a ventilating device 3 disposed at a side of the air flow channel 2 and having the shape of a narrow wall body. The ventilating device 3 includes an upper ventilating section 8A and a lower ventilating section 8B. The upper ventilating section 8A includes an upper opening section 11A communicated with an upper side of the air flow channel 2, an upper ventilating hole 12A for discharging the air to a living room 4 side, and an upper fan 13A sucking the air in the air flow channel from the upper opening section 11A and blowing off the same from the upper ventilating hole 12A. The lower ventilating section 8B includes a lower opening section 11B, a lower ventilating hole 12B, and a lower fan 13B. The air flow channel 2 includes a straightening plate 15 for dividing the underfloor air 14 sucked up from the floor opening section 6 into two, and guides one of them to the upper opening section 11A and the other to the lower opening section 11B.
