<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means to reduce noise such as an operation tone upon recording, etc. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a voice acquisition means which acquires a voice, a detection means which detects driving of a motor which drives an imaging lens during moving video recording with voice or during voice recording, and/or an operation of an operation member regarding to an operation by a user, and time of driving and/or operation, and a history storage means which stores the history of the driving and/or the operation detected by the detection means relating to the time of the moving video recording with voice or the voice recording as history data.
