<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device capable of certainly reporting the important data in the state date of an automatic analysis apparatus to at least one of a terminal device and the automatic analysis apparatus, and a management system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the management system 1 having a management server 30 capable of respectively communicating with the automatic analysis apparatus 20 for analyzing a specimen and a management terminal device 40 performing the maintenance and management of the automatic analysis apparatus 20, the management server 30 obtains the state data of the automatic analysis apparatus 20, a determining part 36 determines whether the data coinciding with the condition formula C set by a condition setting part 46 is present in the obtained state data and, when coinciding with the condition formula C, the management server 30 certainly reports the important information of the apparatus to the person in charge of the apparatus by reporting the effect that there is the state data coinciding with the condition formula C to at least either the management terminal device 40 or the automatic analysis apparatus 20.
