PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film and a laminated body which have superior adhesiveness to a polyvinyl butyral layer, with excellence in economy and productivity. SOLUTION: The coated film has a coated layer formed by applying and drying a coating liquid containing polyester resin (A), oxazoline group-containing polymer (B) and melamine type compound (C) on one surface of polyester film.
