<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield case with good shielding properties. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The shield case includes a frame 12a on which a leg 15 which is formed to extend lower than an opening end and have a protrusion 15b in the vicinity of the leading end is formed is formed and a lower shield cover 14 attached to the frame 12a. The lower shield cover 14 includes a top surface 14a covering an opening, a tongue peace 17 which is formed by being bent from the end of the top surface 14a upwardly and is pressure welded onto the outer side of the frame 12a, and an opening 14b through which the leg 15 is penetrated. A non-formed part 14e of the tongue peace 17 provided on a position corresponding to the upper part of the leg 15 and a connection 18 which connects the roots of the tongue peaces 17b adjacent to each other with the non-formed part 14e therebetween are provided on the lower shield cover 14. The inner surface of the leading end of the connection 18 forms a gap 21 from the outer surface of the leg 15. Accordingly, the rigidity of the lower shield cover 14 can be increased.
