<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method of manufacturing a decorative sheet which is difficult to receive any influence of irregularities of a surface of a substrate and/or the substrate itself. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the decorative sheet which comprises a colored substrate sheet and a cured layer comprises at least a process of coating one side of a backseat consisting of a biaxially stretched polyester resin film with an electron beam curable coating, a process of wet-laminating the coated surface of the electron beam curable coating of the backseat on one side of the colored substrate sheet to form a laminate, a process of irradiating the laminate with the electron beam to cure the electron beam curable coating and of forming the cured layer of 3-20 μm in thickness on the substrate sheet, and a process of peeling the backseat from the cured layer.
