GASKET STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable gasket structure from which rubber flash part is easily and appropriately removed, and an effective method for manufacturing the same.

SOLUTION: In the gasket structure, a rubber gasket 30a is formed and integrated on a prescribed section 2c of a seal object base material 2 through an adhesive layer 4R. The rubber flash part 30c fixed on the base material 2 by adhesive 4Ra under a condition where the part sticks out from the prescribed section 2c during forming is burned and removed together with the adhesive 4Ra by laser processing.
