PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a prior art, damage can be reduced in the case that an operator meets an accident or is involved in any crime, such damage can be prevented from being spread, but any function for achieving crime prevention is not provided. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a crime prevention supporting apparatus which is shifted into a special state when a specific event occurs, issues a warning meaning that measures to cope with crime prevention are attained only in such a state, and requests call origination to a radio terminal device according to specified operation.
