<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein, whereas a tripod for fixing or a clamp is installed hitherto in order to use a laser measuring device for a building, when there is no place for installing the tripod for fixing or the clamp thereon or when there is no proper pillar or the like for fixing the clamp thereto, a measurement work using the laser measuring device for the building requires much time or a plurality of manpowers. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In this laser measuring device pedestal for a building using a light metal includes a magnetic force fixing device and a binding fixing device. This invention has such a effect that, when using the laser measuring device for the building, a tripod for fixing or a clamp is not used, and a plurality of workers are not required therefor.
