<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance working efficiency of a mounting work of a seatback to a hinge assembly. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This structure includes: a hinge bracket rotatably mounted to a hinge assembly; a seatback frame connected to the hinge bracket via a connection pin; a connection hole formed through the hinge bracket and the seatback frame to insert the connection pin. The seatback frame is connected to the hinge bracket by inserting the connection pin into the connection hole. The hinge bracket is formed with a support claw. The seatback frame is formed with an engaging claw engaging with the support claw at a position where the connection holes communicate. The hinge assembly is set on a vehicle panel.
