<p>Disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition which comprises a combination of a compound having a nutrient digestion/absorption inhibitory activity, a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the compound or salt, and a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a solvate of the compound or salt. The pharmaceutical composition is found to significantly reduce the body weight. Consequently, the pharmaceutical composition is useful for treatment or prevention of obesity and obesity-related diseases.
