<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network connection control system capable of alleviating the risk of connecting to a relay apparatus which relays communication on a communication network. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The relay apparatus includes a network information transmitter. A communication terminal includes a network information receiver, a determination result unit, a communication controller. After the communication terminal is connected to the relay apparatus, the communication controller in the communication terminal prohibits communication between high-order devices. The network information transmitter in the relay apparatus transmits network information, which is information on the communication network, to the communication terminal. The network information receiver in the communication terminal receives the network information. A determination result acquisition unit in the communication terminal acquires a determination result indicative whether communication is permitted between the high-order devices, based on the received network information. The communication controller in the communication terminal prohibits communication between the high-order devices until a determination result of permitting communication between the high-order devices is acquired.
