A program recording apparatus includes: a registering module configured to register, in a recording schedule list, at least one of first recording schedule information and second recording schedule information; a display information output module configured to output display information for displaying a first recording schedule state that an additional recording schedule can be set in a recording time slot of the first recording schedule information and a second recording schedule state that no additional recording schedule can be set in a recording time slot of the second recording schedule information; a plurality of tuning module configured to tune in to signals transmitted from broadcasting stations; and a recording module configured to record one or more programs based on one or plural programs selected by one or plural ones of the plural tuning module by referring to the recording schedule list. |
