The invention relates to the mechanical engineering field, in particular the vehicles for load and people transfer on vertical surfaces, capable of transferring by means of a vacuum gripper, as well as to the article gripping devices (e.g., stacked articles) by means of vacuum with their subsequent transfer and stacking. The claimed vacuum gripper comprises a housing, in which a vacuum creation module is located, the housing having a bearing part, from the side of which it has a cavity, the vacuum creation module comprises a blade wheel, installed in the housing cavity with the possibility of rotation from electric motor, the blade wheel rim edge from the side of the housing bearing part forming a front ring. The claimed device for transfer on vertical surfaces comprises a frame having the guide and driving wheels, on which the vacuum gripper is installed, the vacuum gripper comprising a housing having the bearing part, from the side of which it has a cavity, in which a blade wheel is installed with the possibility of rotation from electric motor, the blade wheel rim edge from the side of the housing bearing part forming a front ring. The object of the invention is to create a vacuum gripper, the construction of which would be compact, easy to manufacture and would provide significant gripping force, as well as creation of a device for load and people transfer on vertical surfaces, having a compact construction and possessing heavy lift capability owing to a special design of the vacuum gripper with high gripping force. |
