PURPOSE: An acupressure apparatus is provided to easily attach to and detach from a device of stick form and to massage human body without difficulty. CONSTITUTION: An acupressure apparatus which is detachable comprises: an apparatus body portion(100) having a penetration hole(110) at the center; the lower side(200) which is connected to the lower portion of the apparatus body portion; the upper side(300) which is connected to the upper portion of the apparatus body and has an isosceles trapezoid in cross-section; and a fastening portion(400) which is coupled by screw with the upper side.
