<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The tire (14) has a casing comprising an inner wall (42) for surrounding convex outer walls (34a, 34b) of a peripheral seat (22) and provided with a retaining bead (52). The bead is received in a peripheral slot (26) in the seat. A convex outer wall (44) of the casing forms a tread of the tire. The inner wall is concave so as to surmount the convex outer walls of the seat. The inner wall and the outer wall of the casing are connected by two annular borders (46, 48). The borders cover the outer walls of the seat in a direction of a hub (16), where the hub is surrounded with the seat. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a wheel rim formed of a hub surrounded with a peripheral seat. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Semi-hollow tire for a rim of a wheel (all claimed) that is utilized for regulating a working depth of a seed drill element and/or for pressing the soil down after passage of the element of an agricultural machine drawn by a trailed or semi-trailed tractor. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The inner and outer walls of the casing are connected by borders, and the borders cover the outer walls of the peripheral seat in the direction of the hub, thus allowing better shape adaptation between the casing and the peripheral seat, and hence improving characteristics and performance of the tire in difficult terrain such as banked terrain, slippery terrain or wet and sticky ground. The tire can be travel on the roads with speed less than 40 kilometers/hour.
