PURPOSE: A composition containing black garlic extract is provided to suppress melanogenesis and tyrosinase activation and to ensure skin whitening and anti-wrinkle effects. CONSTITUTION: A composition for skin whitening and anti-wrinkle contains black garlic extract as an active ingredient. The black garlic extract is an extract obtained by processing garlic through maturation, drying, and maturation, and using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture solvent thereof. The composition is used in the form of skin lotion, skin softener, skin toner, astringent, lotion, milk lotion, moisture lotion, massage cream, foundation, pack, soap, and cleansing foam.
