DISPLAY APPARATUS AND PRODUCTION METHOD BY USING ELECTRONIC INK LAYER

PURPOSE: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof using an electronic ink layer for reducing power source which is consumed by using the electronic ink layer are provided to increase the effective area of the substrate printing the display device. CONSTITUTION: A conductive hole(111) passes through a substrate. A rear electrode(140) is formed in the rear side of the substrate. The back plate is electrified through the conductive hole with the bottom electrode or the top transparent electrode. A projection upper electrode is projected in one side of the top transparent electrode. The extrusion electronic ink layer is projected in one side of the electronic ink layer. The projection length of the extrusion electronic ink layer is shorter than the projection length of the extrusion upper electrode.
