<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that an image reflected in a side mirror is extremely small and highly hazardous, and that the known side mirror is tailored to each individual vehicle so that the known side mirror is difficult to process for a change due to its cost or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A side mirror body 10 is constituted by four planes. The first one is a main mirror part 1 which reflects the image of the side-rear direction. The second one is a side-lower mirror part 2 which extends from the bottom side of the main mirror part 1, and reflects the image of the side-lower direction. The third one is a side-exterior mirror part 3 which extends from the outside of the main mirror part 1, and reflects the image of the side-exterior direction. The fourth one is a side-lower-exterior mirror part 4 which extends from the outside of the side-lower mirror part 2 and the bottom side of the side-exterior mirror part 3, and reflects the obliquely downward image thereby reflecting an additional blind area which can not be captured by the side-lower mirror part 2 and the side-exterior mirror part 3.
