PURPOSE: A sealed and grounded electric connector and sealed and grounded electric connector assembly are provided to use conductive material, such as steal, for manufacturing a sealed cover, thereby reducing EMI(Electromagnetic Interference) influence. CONSTITUTION: Four connected sidewalls regulate a sidewall edge part(12bp) in a shield cover(12). A pipe path(16a) is connected to a shield cover cavity(12c). A conduit(16) accepts a part of at least one cable assembly(14). The conduit surrounds an external insulating jacket(28d). A shield cover seal(20) is connected to the connected four sidewalls. A terminal mounting block(24) is arranged within the shield cover cavity.
