<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium which facilitates confirmation of a disk type in a recording/reproducing device, shares one recording/reproducing device with other types of optical disks, facilitates disk production, and allows old data of a ROM layer to be replaced by recording update data obtained when network connection is permitted on a RE layer. <P>SOLUTION: An optical information recording medium 1 includes, on a substrate 50, a ROM layer 20, a RE layer 40, and a cover layer 10. In the reproducing method for the optical information recording medium 1 having an information recording layer wherein the RE layer 40 is provided at a position farthest from the cover layer 10, information of the ROM layer 20 is also reproduced by laser power capable of excellently reproducing information recorded in the information recording layer formed at the position farthest from the cover layer 10, the laser power for reproducing the information recorded in the information recording layer formed at a position farthest from the cover layer 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
