<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a functional substance to be mixed in the base so that the function of the mixed substance is exerted when a user uses a tattoo sticker. Ž<P>SOLUTION: There is provided the tattoo sticker, wherein the functional substance 3 is mixed in the base 2, a decorative part 6 having various patterns is disposed on the upper face of the base 2, an adhesive part 4 that can be stuck to a skin, is formed on the lower face of the base 2, and a release sheet 5 is temporarily attached to the opposite side of the adhesive part 4 to the base 2.
