<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one side space to be utilized effectively by concentratedly arranging a transmission configuration of an input case, a power-distributing case, a horizontally sending shaft, a vertically sending arm and the like in the other side of a transplanting implement. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The transplanting implement is constituted as follows. The input case 12 into which a power is input from a traveling machine body 1 side is arranged at the upper part of a right and left intermediate part of a horizontal frame 5, and the power-distributing case 24 for distributing the power transmitted from the input case 12 to a horizontally sending power and a transplanting power is arranged at the outer terminal part of the horizontal frame 5. The distributed horizontally sending power is output to the outer terminal part of the horizontally sending shaft 11 through a horizontally sending speed-changing mechanism 10 installed in the inside of the power-distributing case 24, and the vertically sending arm 25 for operating a vertically sending mechanism 14 is installed in the other terminal part of the horizontally sending shaft 11 extended from the power-distributing case 24 to the input case 12 side.
