PURPOSE: Fruit sauce for a toast is provided to secure the plentiful nutrients offered from fruits, and to enable a user to easily spread the sauce on a bread slice. CONSTITUTION: Fruit sauce for a toast contains 20~25wt% of kiwi extract, 40~50wt% of water, 10~15wt% of ground kiwi, 10~15wt% of ground tangerine, 10~15wt% of ground banana, and 2~3wt% of sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and water starch. The Fruit sauce is also capable of being manufactured by mixing 40~50wt% of grape juice, 20~25wt% of water, 10~15wt% of ground kiwi, 10~15wt% of ground tangerine, and 5~8wt% of ground apple. |
