<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a punching shape of a perforation by lessening a clearance required mutually between a die and a punch provided on a rotary punching device. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A drum 20 in which dies 19 are arranged at a predetermined pitch on an outer peripheral surface 10 is rotated around a rotating shaft 7a. A punch holder 30 is fixed to a rotating shaft 8a crossing with the rotating shaft 7a by an angle θ. Punch holding frames 31, 32 are fixed to an outer peripheral side of the punch holder 30, and a plurality of punch plates 35, 36 are rotatively supported to each of the punch holding frames. A punch 38 is firmly attached to the punch plates 35, 36. Cam followers 40, 41 of the rear ends of the punch plates 35, 36 are engaged with cam grooves 44a, 45a. The punch 38 is made to bite into the die 19 above the drum 20 by rotating the drum 20 around the rotating shaft 7a and simultaneously rotating the punch plates 35, 36 around the rotating shaft 8a to punch the perforation in a film strip conveyed on the outer peripheral surface 10.
