<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relatively lightweight and compact, automatic screw part fastening machine capable of fastening a screw part with the high-speed low torque when the screw-in is started, and with the low-speed high torque when the screw-in is completed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The screw part fastening machine is provided with a drive motor 4 that is rotatable normally and reversely, a first one-way clutch 21 that is engaged with a drive shaft 6 when a drive shaft 2 is rotated normally, and disengaged when reversing to achieve high-speed low-torque drive. Meanwhile, an output reduction means is arranged around the drive shaft 2, which reduces the inverse rotation and outputs the normal rotation with the opposite rotational direction. A rotation connecting member 32 for transmitting the low-speed normal rotation is connected to the output side. A second one-way clutch 31 which is not connected in the normal rotation of the transmission shaft 7 but connected in the normal rotation of the rotation connecting member 32 is interposed between the rotation connecting member 32 and the transmission shaft 7 to be integrally rotated with the drive shaft 6, and the drive shaft 6 is low-speed-high-torque-driven.
