PURPOSE: A system and a method for setting real time lettering using a mobile message are change contents provided to change a lettering service. CONSTITUTION: A mobile message server(150) receives content setup information transmitted from an originating terminal from the originating terminal according to a call connection request of the originating terminal. A contents providing server(160) receives content setup information from the mobile message server. The content providing server resets a lettering service by content corresponding to the content setup information. The content providing server enables the originating terminal to transmit the content with the call connection request to the receiving terminal.
