PURPOSE: A device is provided to reduce costs and use costs and conveniently remove a scum by not requiring separate scum removing facility such as a motor, a scrapper, and a conveyer. CONSTITUTION: A device includes a dissolved air flotation tank(100) for floating suspended solid on the upper part of water surface. A coagulated raw water flows in through a flocculation basin(20). The device includes an exhaust valve(200) for discharging the processing water inside the dissolved air flotation tank to the outside. The device includes a scum removing part for discharging the floating material when the water level of the processing water inside the tank is increased. The channel member is formed to be inclined in order to enable the height of the bottom surface of one end part and the height of the bottom surface of the other end part are differentiated. |
