PURPOSE: A cigar lighter socket for a vehicle with a short limit function of a blanking bimetal is provided to prevent a fuse loss by limiting a short circuit and to reduce manufacturing costs by integrally installing a short limit member in an insulator. CONSTITUTION: A cigar lighter socket for a vehicle with a short limit function of a blanking bimetal comprises a housing(120), a bimetal member(122), a ceramic member(124), and a blanking bimetal(123). The housing accepts a plug(110) with a heating element. The bimetal member is fixed to the end of the housing through a fixing bolt(121). The ceramic member is installed in the inner end of the housing. The blanking bimetal is inserted between the bimetal member and the ceramic member.
