FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. A method involves removal of dental calculus, dental deposit and gum irrigation with natural mineral water at temperature 38-40C. Said natural mineral water is highly mineralised iodide sodium chloride mineral water of alkalescent reaction, of total mineralisation 14.9-16.6 g/dm3 from well No. 1 - 95 of sanatorium-preventorium "Tyumentransgas". The irrigation procedures are performed daily, under pressure 1.2 atmospheres, 10 minutes for both jaws. It is followed with applications of therapeutic sapropelic mud of Schuchye Lake of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area, of total mineralisation 0.2-0.3 g/dm3, temperature 38-40, for 10 minutes.
