CONSTITUTION: A peptide which specifically binds to glypican-3 comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A kit for diagnosing cancer contains the peptide. The peptide is probed by radioactive isotope, chromophore, luminescent material, or fluorescence. A contrast for imaging organ contains the peptide. A composition for preventing and treating cancer contains the peptide.
