PURPOSE: The plasma display panel hides the color spot of the panel which it visually seen by controlling the external reflect luminance through the complementary color panel. CONSTITUTION: Is each other separated and the first substrate(11) and the second substrate(16) face. The sign electrode is formed on the first substrate, in order to cover the sign electrode, the first dielectric layer(14) is formed on the first substrate. It is formed on the first substrate so that the protective layer(15) cover the first dielectric layer. The partition wall(18) is formed in order to divide the discharge cell between the first substrate and the second substrate.
