PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of assembling and fastening the exterior components of an electronic apparatus which can enhance the quality of appearance by reducing a clearance produced at the joint of an outer cover consisting of a plurality of pieces. SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus has a first engaging member 21 arranged on a first cover 20 constituting the enclosure of the electronic apparatus, and a second engaging member 22 arranged on a second cover 8 constituting the enclosure of the electronic apparatus. Between these engaging members, a drawing structure 25 configured to bring about such a state that applies a force for urging the engaging members to attract each other when they are combined in engagement state is arranged. The drawing structure 25 is constituted in such a manner that the inner circumferential end face 24a of a through hole 24 comes into slidable pressure contact with the slope of a protrusion 28 so that an urging force acts in the mutually approaching direction of the first cover 20 and the second cover 8.
