PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input/output device for preventing a period of time, that is needed until input data are output, from becoming excessively long. SOLUTION: The data input/output device 100 includes: a first buffer part 110; a second buffer part 120; and a path switching part 130. This buffer part 110 stores data input through the first input port, and outputs the stored data through the first output port, and deletes the data. The second buffer part 120 stores the data input through the second input port, and outputs the store data through the second port, and deletes the data. When the output of the data through the first output port is inhibited, the path switching part 130 makes the first buffer part or the second buffer part output the data input through the first input port through the second output port instead of the first output port.
